Greetings, This is MIR4.

By today's update, we added special characters that are not allowed while creating character names and clan names.

Adding to this, we made characters and clans that were previously created using special characters invisible in the game.

Character names and clans that got changed by this update will be treated as follows.

1. Case of changed Character Name : For those who got their character names changed, we will give 'Character Name Change Ticket' through your mailbox. Mail will be sent in order so please take your time and wait for it.

2. Case of changed Clan Name : For those who got their clan names changed, please contact us via Customer Support Center > Game inquiry > Clan. You can only contact us regarding this problem through this category.

 - When you register the inquiry, please write down 5 Clan names that you want to change into.

 - If the 5 Clan names that you wrote are not available, we will put some random letters after the 1st preferred Clan name that you wrote.
