Greetings, This is MIR4.
We have confirmed an issue where the first reward of the Portrait Event, that started on April 22nd, can be claimed multiple times.
The Portrait Event is a cyclical Event that occurs every 4 weeks, and it rewards a Legendary Blue Dragon Statue for the first completion reward.
However, during the Portrait Event that started on the 22nd, we confirmed an issue where ‘in specific situations, the first completion reward can be claimed multiple times.’ Because of this issue, the Portrait Event ended early.
The next Portrait Event will proceed as scheduled. Any additional factors or instances that are confirmed will be announced through this notice.
Please understand that this measure has been taken in order to create a fair gaming environment. We sincerely apologize for causing an inconvenience.
We are aware that this is a system error. However, if we detect Users that were aware of this error and took advantage of this flaw by repeatedly obtaining the first completion reward multiple times, please note that the appropriate measures can be taken as mentioned in the Terms of Use and the Operation Policy
