Greetings, This is MIR4. 

An issue occurred during the rollout of the latest WEMIX PLAY iOS app update today (Tuesday, January 27, 2026) at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). As a result, temporary maintenance is in place for the new version.

Until the fixed version is released, Dragonians are advised not to install or update the WEMIX PLAY iOS app. (Dragonians who haven’t updated their existing app yet will not be affected.)

Apologies for the inconvenience, and efforts are underway to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- An error occurred during the WEMIX PLAY iOS update rollout, affecting the latest version

- Users who updated may see a temporary maintenance screen

•  Current Status

- An Expedited Review request has been submitted to Apple

- Users who have already updated are seeing temporary maintenance measures

Further updates will be shared as soon as the fixed version becomes available.
