Greetings, This is MIR4.

We would like to inform you about the known issues and the measures taken regarding the improved 'Age Verification (KWS Verification)' system, which was implemented on April 28th to comply with Brazilian national regulations.

MIR4 is committed to providing a seamless gaming environment, complying with global regulations, and protecting the rights and interests of children and adolescents. We would like to clarify that the recent improvements to the age verification system were introduced for this exact purpose.

However, following the update, we discovered that Dragonians were experiencing inconveniences, such as restricted game access due to incorrectly entered birthdates during the verification process and a lack of clear guidance regarding email verification.

Prioritizing a smooth gameplay environment for our Dragonians above all else, we have decided to temporarily disable the age verification feature. We will reintroduce it at a later date after supplementing the related instructions and improving the system.

Dragonians who were previously unable to log in due to incorrectly entered age verification information can now access the game immediately without needing to submit a separate Customer Center inquiry.

We will provide further details regarding the revised age verification procedure through a separate announcement once the implementation schedule is finalized.
