We would like to inform you of changes to the maintenance compensation provided as a token of our gratitude to all Dragonians who patiently wait and trust in MIR4 during maintenance periods carried out to deliver a more stable service.

※ Temporary/emergency maintenance compensation is calculated by combining the pre-announced maintenance time and any extension time.
⚠️ Notes on Claiming Compensation
- All items provided as maintenance compensation cannot be traded and will be sent to your mailbox sequentially after the maintenance ends.
- Maintenance compensation can be claimed from your mailbox within 24 hours of being sent.
- If multiple emergency/temporary maintenance are conducted in a single day, compensation will be provided for each maintenance conducted.
- When compensation is provided for maintenance time extensions, if the extension time is announced in minutes, it will be rounded up to the nearest hour. (1 minute ~ 1 hour = 1 hour of compensation provided)
We have updated the compensation to thank you for your patience and understanding, and we hope these items prove useful on your adventures across the continent of Mir.
