Asset Balance Display Issue in the WEMIX PLAY App (Resolved)

Greetings, this is MIR4.


On May 15 (Friday), an intermittent issue occurred during a specific time period where the token balances held by some Dragonians were not displayed in the WEMIX PLAY app wallet.


The cause of this issue has now been identified, and the necessary fix has been completed. All token balances are now being displayed normally in the wallet.


■ Details of the Issue and Fix implementation

- Occurrence Time: May 15, 2026 (Friday), 13:30 to 14:00 (UTC+8)

- Issue Details: Token balances were intermittently not displayed in the WEMIX PLAY app wallet. (Resolved)


This issue was a temporary display error caused by a synchronization delay, and we would like to make it clear that Dragonians’ actual token assets were safely preserved and were not affected in any way.


We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused while using the game and wallet services. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
