Greetings, This is MIR4.

First, we apologize to all Dragonians who have waited for a long time since the temporary suspension of blockchain services announced on July 30th.

This service interruption occurred due to the WEMIX$ theft incident. Because the swap pools for MIR4's primary tokens, DRACO and HYDRA, directly reference WEMIX$, the impact on our service was significantly greater compared to other projects.

Rather than settling for a temporary fix, we determined that a fundamental structural improvement was necessary to protect our Dragonians' assets more securely. Consequently, service resumption was delayed as we fully introduced the system previously postponed in June and conducted verification and implementation work to migrate to a significantly more stable environment.

We would like to inform you of the resumption schedule and future response plans below.

■ Blockchain Content Resumption and Response Plan

During the update maintenance on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, WEMIX PLAY maintenance will take place for the HYDRA/DRACO mainnet migration and service restructuring. Once this maintenance is complete, all suspended blockchain content is scheduled to resume.

1. WEMIX PLAY Mainnet Migration and Swap Pool Replace

We will proceed with the 'WEMIX PLAY Mainnet Migration' that was postponed in June.

- The base token for the swap pool will be completely changed from WEMIX$ to 'USDC.e'.

※ Advance notice regarding WEMIX PLAY maintenance for the mainnet migration and swap pool change will be provided in a separate notice at a later date.

2. User Asset Protection Measures

The exchange rate for the newly established USDC.e swap pool will be set identical to the rate prior to the incident to ensure Dragonians do not suffer any financial damage.

3. EXD(XDRACO) Trade Items Mass Cancellation and Return

To ensure a safe system migration, all trade items currently listed on XDRACO EXD will be canceled in bulk.

- Canceled items will be safely returned to your inventory, and you can list them normally again after the maintenance is complete.

4. Sequential Reopening of Blockchain Content

With the start of EXDRA Season 4, the previously delayed HSPFE4 and PLAY Token exchanges will begin, and all locked blockchain content will open normally.

- PLAY Token Exchange: 

1) Exchange Period: August 18, 2026 (Tue) After WEMIX PLAY maintenance - January 5, 2027 07:00 (UTC+8)

2) Issued Amount: Approx. 1,000,000

- HSPFE4 Staking:  

1) Participation Period: August 19, 2026 (Wed) 17:00 - January 3, 2027 (Sun) 11:00 (UTC+8)

2) Staking Requirement: Staking is available only with mainnet HYDRA

3) Issued Amount: Approx. 759,000

※ Please note that as the delayed HSPFE4 and PLAY Token exchange system is applied during the ongoing season, the token issued amount will slightly differ from the previous seasons.
