NEVER BE OUR GUEST

In continuation of our on-going efforts to provide players with a fair and safe gameplay environment, we will be restricting Guest Account access to MIR 4 starting from November 30th 2021.

MIR 4 players were able to begin gameplay without linking personal Social Network accounts (Google, Facebook, Apple) with their game accounts. These non-linked game accounts are known as Guest Accounts. Guest Accounts store game data locally on the original device and therefore possesses risks associated with loss of game data when changing your game device or platform. Whereas properly linked game accounts can be used to connect to the game through various supported devices and platforms.

Through this change, we intend to provide our players with a more secure game experience while maintaining a fair environment against potential abusers. We expect Guest Account game access restriction will also greatly aid us in our effort to remove bots, multi-boxers, and abusers. 

Change Summary:

1. Imposed Change - All existing Guest Accounts will be restricted from game access

2. Required Action - Guest Accounts must be linked to Social Network accounts in order to regain game access

3. Effective Schedule - November 30th 2021, post-maintenance

This change will take effect once the scheduled update maintenance has completed on November 30th.
