There will be an update on our Operational Policy to ensure a fair gaming environment for our Dragonians, so please check the changed articles before using our service.
The changed Operational Policy will take into effect from April 5th.

Past Operational Policy
Article 11 Clan management standard
1) To delegate the role of clan leader, the clan leader must personally perform the delegation. However, if the clan leader character withdraws or does not access for more than 3 days (72 hours), the clan member that satisfies the requirements below is automatically granted the title of clan leader.
<Clan leader automatic delegation standard>
If the clan leader character does not access for more than 3 days (72 hours) (including cases where game use is restricted in accordance with the operation policy), the clan member that satisfies the requirements below is automatically given the role of clan leader.
① Clan leader with access record within 1 day (if there are no applicable members, expand to within 5 days, within 10 days, more than 10 days)
② If there are 2 or more clan members satisfying ①, the clan member with a higher rank
③ If there are 2 or more clan members that satisfy both ① and ②, clan member who joined earlier
2) The character who transferred the clan leader rights is changed to the previous rank of the member that newly became the leader.
3) If there is only one clan member, the clan leader, the role is not delegated. However, if a clan member that satisfies the automatic delegation standard occurs, the automatic clan leader delegation takes place.
4) If there is an issue on the system or an issue that violates the operation policy occurs within the clan, the company can designate and appoint a clan leader

5) In regards to our policy of deletion of dormant accounts, any dormant Clans that don't have any activities within 15 days in MIR4 game server or have all of their Clan members as dormant accounts will be subject to automatic inactivation or deletion.
